Label Designing Fee

Label design takes time to perfect, and I want to help bring your vision for your products to life.

This fee covers the time spent creating a bespoke label template design that can be used across your product range.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a form via email (please check your spam/junk folder if it does not appear). This form must be completed in full and returned to stacey@cosmeticassessmentsupport.co.uk before work can begin.

This fee includes up to 5 label variations, for example, 5 different end products. Please note, variations do not include the same product in multiple sizes.

You will have the opportunity to request up to 4 rounds of edits to your design. Edits include amendments to the existing design, such as wording, colours, layout adjustments or small design changes. Requests for a completely new design concept, significant branding changes or a full redesign after work has started will be treated as a new project and will incur additional charges.

Please ensure you are happy with your branding direction, colours, theme and overall vision before ordering. Every effort will be made to bring your vision to life based on the information, inspiration images and examples provided within your completed form.

Turnaround time is up to 10 working days from the date your completed form is received with all required information. Missing or incomplete information will delay your order and affect turnaround times.

If additional information is required and not provided, your order will be placed on hold until all requested information has been received.

To ensure projects can be completed efficiently, orders may be closed if communication or requested information is not received within 30 days. A reopening fee may apply.

Due to the bespoke and digital nature of this service, refunds cannot be offered once design work has commenced.

Please note: This fee covers the design service only and does not include printing.

The completed label design is for use within your own business only and is not to be resold, shared, gifted, redistributed or used for third-party printing businesses.
