Our subscription service is here! This is for one Cosmetic assessment support package! PLUS a free addendum from Fizzywhiz ( I will take care of getting this added to your Fizzywhiz portal)

I will add all fragrances from one assessment set to your portal. You will also receive a PIF template, and label templates in Canva, these can then be used to copy and paste to your end product label. 

Once ordered you will receive a form to complete and return to me, please ensure that all the information is completed, then return to me stacey@cosmeticassessmentsupport.co.uk

1. Valid for one end product for example soap sponge
2. Can not be rolled over to the following month
3. Must be used with in 30 days of payment
4. Addendum to be claimed with in 30 days of payment
5. Addendums can not be rolled over
6. Excludes Essential oils
7. Excludes Essential oil blends
8. Excludes Cold Process soap
