REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

Services

You have the statutory right to cancel a service within 14 days of purchase, provided work has not yet started. 

If you request that work begins within the 14 day cooling off period, you acknowledge that you will lose the your right to a full refund. In this case a partial refund may be issued, proportionate to the work already completed. 

Once a service has been delivered no refunds will be issued. 

CANCELLING AFTER 14 DAYS

After 14 day statutory cooling off period has passed no refunds will be given under any circumstances, Including where you change your mind or decide not to use the services purchased. All purchases are final after this period. 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of the digital downloads (templates, labels, toolkits or any other instant access files) all sales are final. 

By Purchasing a digital product, you agree that the download will be made available immediately and you therefore waive your right to the 14 day cooling off period under the consumer contracts regulation 2013

These designs are for your personal business use only, They may not be resold, shared or used by other label makers to create or sell printed or digital versions.
