Designed to work alongside the Fizzywhiz Monthly Fragrance Oil Subscription, our Monthly CLP Subscription takes one more repetitive job off your list.

Each month, Fizzywhiz subscribers receive five hand-picked fragrance oils.

With your Cosmetic Assessment Support CLP subscription, you can choose the CLP labels you need for those five fragrances across a range of home fragrance products and we’ll print and deliver them directly to you.

Because we work closely with Fizzywhiz and know the monthly fragrance selection in advance, there is no need for you to source and send us the fragrance documentation each month.

Simply choose your monthly sheet allowance, complete your selection form after your subscription payment, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Choose from:

5 sheets — £4.25 per month
10 sheets — £8.50 per month
15 sheets — £12.75 per month
20 sheets — £17.00 per month
30 sheets — £25.50 per month
40 sheets — £34.00 per month
50 sheets — £42.50 per month

All plans are priced at 85p per sheet.

Postage is charged separately.

Use Your Sheets Your Way

Your monthly allowance is completely flexible.

You can divide your sheets across any of that month’s five Fizzywhiz subscription fragrances, any available product type and either available label size.

For example, a 10-sheet subscriber could choose:

• 3 sheets — Fragrance 1 / Wax Melts / 45mm

• 2 sheets — Fragrance 1 / Room Spray / 51mm

• 2 sheets — Fragrance 2 / Carpet Freshener / 45mm

• 1 sheet — Fragrance 3 / 25% Augeo / 51mm

• 2 sheets — Fragrance 5 / Wax Melts / 45mm

Total: 10 sheets

You can choose lots of different CLPs, multiple sheets of the same CLP, or a mixture of both.

Available CLP Label Sizes

Choose from:

45mm Round

or

51mm Round

Each individual sheet contains one fragrance + one product type + one label size.

For example:

Fragrance 1 / Wax Melts / 45mm = 1 CLP sheet

If you require the same CLP in both 45mm and 51mm, these count as two separate sheets from your allowance.

Please ensure you select the product/base that accurately matches the product you are making.

How Your Monthly Subscription Works

1. Choose your sheet allowance

Select the number of CLP sheets you would like to receive each month and start your subscription.

2. Your subscription renews monthly

Your chosen subscription amount will be taken automatically each month.

3. Choose your CLPs

After your monthly subscription payment, you will be given access to the current month’s CLP Selection Form.

The form will contain the five fragrances included in that month’s Fizzywhiz fragrance subscription.

You simply choose:

• The product type

• 45mm or 51mm labels

• The number of sheets required

Your form keeps track of your monthly allowance while you make your selections.

4. Submit within 7 days

Your monthly CLP Selection Form must be completed within 7 days of your subscription payment.

5. We prepare your labels

Once your selections have been received, your CLP labels will be prepared and printed.

6. Your labels are delivered

Your completed monthly label pack will be dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1–2 working days following dispatch.

Your Monthly Allowance

Your monthly allowance must be used during the relevant subscription month.

Unused sheets do not roll over.

If you subscribe to 20 sheets and request 16, the remaining 4 sheets cannot be carried forward, credited or added to your following month’s allowance.

If your monthly selection form is not submitted within 7 days of your subscription payment, that month’s entire allowance will be forfeited.

Important Information

This subscription is specifically for the five fragrance oils included in the current Fizzywhiz Monthly Fragrance Oil Subscription.

It does not include CLP labels for additional fragrances outside that month’s five featured oils.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product type, base and label size for the product they are making.

Please check your monthly selections carefully before submitting your form. Once your labels have entered production, selections cannot be changed.

This subscription covers printed CLP labels only. Product labels, ingredient labels and bespoke label design are not included.

Delivery

Monthly CLP packs are dispatched by:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.50 per delivery

Tracking information will be provided following dispatch.

Subscription Terms

This is a monthly recurring subscription and will renew automatically each month until cancelled.

There is no minimum subscription term and you may cancel at any time. Cancellation must be completed before your next subscription payment is taken to prevent the following month’s renewal.

Your monthly CLP selection form must be submitted within 7 days of your subscription payment. If your form is not submitted within this period, that month’s allowance will be forfeited.

Unused sheets cannot be rolled over, credited or added to a future month.

Once your labels have entered production, your submitted selections cannot be changed.

Postage is charged separately on each monthly order.

This subscription applies only to the five fragrances included in the relevant month’s Fizzywhiz Monthly Fragrance Oil Subscription.
