Once purchased you will receive 2 emails, 1st Email - order conformation. 2nd Email a form for you to download. This form must be completed for each of the 4 assessments that you would like support with. All forms must then be returned to me fully completed to stacey@cosmeticassessmentsupport.co.uk 

Turnaround times 10-20 working days from receiving the completed (with all correct information) form.
